Restaurant Week Special Dish: Milanesa  $17 (Dinner Only)

Hand breaded, pan fried chicken breast topped with grilled tomato, grilled peppers, grilled onion, grilled mushroom, and melted shredded cheese. Served with a side of house made jalapeño salsa, a side of our street corn, and a salad consisting of lettuce, pico, and avocado slices.

Tender blackened chicken smothered in our housemade Creole cream sauce, topped with shredded cheese, and broiled to golden perfection. Served with fresh grilled asparagus and creamy homemade mashed potatoes.

Fresh grapefruit juice, a splash of soda, and Lunazul tequila over ice with a chili-lime rim. Bright, zesty, and just spicy enough to cut through crispy chicken milanesa and all the bold toppings.

Inspired by Besitos: Crispy chicken, bold toppings, and a fresh grapefruit Paloma with a Tajín kick is the perfect match.

Cucumber Mojito 

Fresh cucumber, mint, rum, lime, and soda come together in this cooling cocktail that cuts through the spice and richness of Thai green curry while echoing its bright herbal notes.

Manhattan 

Rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and a dash of bitters, stirred and served over ice with a cherry. The cocktail’s deep, slightly sweet, and herbal notes complement the roast beef and au jus, while the bitters and smooth finish balance the richness and saltiness of the sandwich and chips.

French 75 

Gin, fresh lemon, sugar, and sparkling wine combine in this light, effervescent cocktail. Bubbles and citrus brighten each bite, refreshing the palate while complementing the rich, savory flavors of shrimp and grits.

Inspired by Classic on Noble: Light, bubbly, and zesty, refreshing the palate with every bite of rich, savory shrimp and grits.

Corpse Reviver #2 

Gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, fresh lemon, and a hint of absinthe come together in this bright, herbal cocktail. The citrus and effervescence cut through the rich, creamy Creole sauce, while the herbal complexity complements the smoky blackened chicken and savory cheesy topping. A refreshing, elegant contrast to every hearty bite.

Inspired by Coldwater Mountain Brewpub: Rich, smoky Cajun chicken meets its match in a bright, herbal Corpse Reviver #2 -creamy, cheesy, and perfectly balanced. 

Cahaba Blonde Shandy 

Light Cahaba Blonde draft beer mixed with fresh lemon juice and a touch of sugar. Bright, effervescent, and slightly sweet, it refreshes the palate between spicy hot wings while balancing tangy sauce and savory flavors.

Inspired by Rack and Roll: Spicy hot wings meet their perfect match in a bright, zesty Cahaba Blonde Shandy. Made in house, this shandy is citrusy, bubbly, and totally refreshing. 

Lemon Blueberry Pie Martini 

Vodka, fresh blueberries, lemon, and a hint of vanilla syrup shaken into a creamy, dessert-forward martini. Tart lemon brightens the palate, while sweet blueberry and graham notes echo the indulgence of a classic pie. Perfect as a refreshing, playful finish after a light, crisp Cobb salad.

Tiramisu Espresso Martini 

A decadent twist on the classic Espresso Martini, infused with rich tiramisu flavors: coffee, cocoa, and a hint of mascarpone cream. Smooth, indulgent, and slightly sweet, it’s the perfect dessert cocktail to pair with the many classic Italian dishes Effina’s has to offer.

Inspired by Effina’s: Indulge in “Tuscany in a glass” after a delicious meal of homemade pasta dishes with our Tiramisu Espresso Martini. Creamy, coffee-kissed, and decadently sweet. 

Peach Cobbler Old Fashioned 

A Southern twist on the classic Old Fashioned, made with bourbon and housemade spiced peach cobbler syrup. Sweet, warm, and lightly spiced, this cocktail evokes the flavors of a beloved Southern dessert.
